About FieldWaiver

FieldWaiver is an offline-first form and waiver system for businesses that need digital waivers to keep working in places where the internet does not.

The problem we fix

Paper waivers pile up, get lost and have to be typed up or scanned. Most online waiver tools fix that, until the venue Wi-Fi drops or the mobile signal disappears just as a group arrives. Then the queue stops, and staff fall back to clipboards.

FieldWaiver is built the other way round. Staff devices save every submission locally first, so signing carries on with no connection, and records upload in the background when the signal returns. A dropped connection becomes a delay in uploading, not a stop in signing.

FieldWaiver is for operators who collect waivers and consent forms on site, often somewhere the signal is weak:
