Practical answers before you choose a plan or set up your first form.
Can I collect waivers without internet?
Prepared staff devices can collect while disconnected and synchronise when the connection returns. Sign in and load the relevant forms online first. Do not clear browser storage or remove the app while records are waiting to sync. Offline collection is not a promise of indefinite storage or access.
Do participants need an account?
A public form link lets participants complete the shared form without a staff account. The link must still be active and within any expiry or usage limits you configured.
Is FieldWaiver a native iOS or Android app?
FieldWaiver is a web app that can be installed as a Progressive Web App on supported browsers and devices. It is not an app-store download. Test your intended browser and device before using it at an event.
Can I use my own waiver wording?
Yes. Build your form with your wording and the fields you need. The built-in templates are starting points, not legal advice or a guarantee of enforceability. Ask a qualified adviser to review the finished document.
Can families or groups complete one form?
Repeat groups let you capture a repeated set of participant details within one submission. This is not a separate invitation or booking system. Decide who must sign and how to capture consent for your circumstances.
Can I export the records?
FieldWaiver supports CSV submission exports, PDF records and ZIP downloads including uploaded files. Choose the format that suits your record-keeping process and check your own retention requirements.
What happens at a plan limit?
Monthly submission, user, form and storage limits depend on your plan. Reaching the submission allowance can block new submissions until the next period or an upgrade. Plan for the whole event rather than treating offline collection as a way around a limit.
Are integrations included?
Webhooks are listed on Professional and Enterprise. REST API access is Enterprise-only. These are tools for connecting systems, not a promise of a ready-made integration with a particular booking or CRM product.
