How FieldWaiver works
From your first form to organised submission records.
1. Build the form your team needs
Start with a blank form or one of the built-in templates. Add your own wording, questions and signature fields. Use conditional logic for follow-up questions and repeat groups when you need details for several participants. Have your waiver wording reviewed for your activity and jurisdiction.
2. Choose how people complete it
Copy a public form link for people to complete before arrival, or collect responses on a staff device at your venue. Public links can have an expiry date and a maximum number of uses. A first-time visit to a public link needs an internet connection.
3. Prepare for patchy connectivity
Sign in and load the forms on each staff device while online. Test your setup before the event. Offline collection stores responses on that device until it can synchronise; another device cannot see unsynchronised records.
4. Review and keep your records
Once records have synchronised, your team can review submissions and export CSV data, PDF records or ZIP downloads. Configure organiser notifications and participant receipts where needed. Email delivery and server-side processing require connectivity.
