Prepare a dedicated signing point

Use kiosk mode for a form at your venue so participants can complete the signing flow at the desk. Check the complete flow with test responses before leaving the device ready for visitors.

Keep device security separate

An in-app kiosk workflow is not an operating-system device lock. Configure any guided-access or device-management controls separately and test how staff exit the signing flow. Do not assume the browser alone prevents access to other apps.

Choose the right collection method

A public link is useful for participants signing on their own devices before arrival. Staff collection is useful at a desk or outdoor site. If connectivity is unreliable, prepare and test the offline staff workflow rather than assuming a new public link will load offline.

Check the records after collection

Confirm submissions have synchronised before clearing the tablet or changing its setup. Make sure the team knows what to do if a device loses power or has records waiting to upload.
